RAMC Software Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Revivoo mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Photos and Camera Access

The App accesses your device camera and photo library solely to enable the core photo recreation feature. Photos you select from your library are processed on your device unless you choose to share them to the Community Wall.

1.2 Community Wall Photos

If you upload a photo to the Community Wall, that image is stored on our servers so it can be displayed to other users. You may remove your Community Wall submissions at any time.

1.3 Purchase Information

In-app purchases (subscriptions and one-time purchases) are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We receive anonymous purchase identifiers and entitlement status. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

1.4 Device and Usage Data

We may collect minimal, non-personally-identifiable information such as device type, operating system version, and general usage analytics to improve app performance and stability.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal contact information unless you contact us directly.
• We do not use facial recognition or biometric analysis on your photos.
• We do not build advertising profiles from your data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the photo recreation and Community Wall features.
• To manage your subscription and purchase entitlements.
• To improve, maintain, and troubleshoot the App.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only external services that process data in connection with the App are:

• Apple (App Store) -- for payment processing.
• RevenueCat -- for anonymous subscription management.

5. Data Storage and Security

Community Wall images are stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption and access controls. Photos that are not uploaded to the Community Wall remain on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

6. Data Retention

Community Wall photos are retained for as long as you choose to keep them published. If you delete a Community Wall submission or delete your data, we will remove the associated images from our servers within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

7.1 General Rights

You may at any time:

• Revoke camera or photo library permissions via your device settings.
• Delete photos you have uploaded to the Community Wall.
• Request deletion of any data we hold about you.

7.2 Rights Under the GDPR (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our lawful basis for processing Community Wall uploads is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

7.3 Rights Under the CCPA (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. 8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
