Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revivoo mobile application ("App") provided by RAMC Software Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Revivoo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Revivoo is a photo recreation application that allows users to recreate old photographs using a ghost overlay camera feature, generate before-and-after comparisons, and share recreations on a community gallery ("Community Wall").

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Revivoo offers the following purchase options:

• Free Tier: 3 free photo exports with basic features.
• Pay Per Photo: $0.99 per photo export with HD quality and all layout styles.
• Monthly Subscription: $3.99/month for unlimited exports, HD quality, all layouts, priority support, and early feature access. Automatically renews each month.
• Annual Subscription: $19.99/year with the same benefits as the monthly plan. Automatically renews each year.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions will automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you create or upload through the App ("User Content"). By sharing content on the Community Wall, you grant RAMC Software Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringes on third-party rights, or violates any applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of RAMC Software Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAMC Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
